5. Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as well as to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Unsuccessful Applications: If your job application is unsuccessful, your data will be retained for a period of one (1) year from the date of rejection to allow us to reconsider you for future suitable vacancies and for internal analysis, unless you specifically request earlier deletion. After this period, your data will be securely and permanently deleted or anonymized.

Successful Applications (Hired Employees): If you are hired, your personal data will be retained throughout your employment with Araw Hospitality Group and for any additional period mandated by Philippine labor laws and other applicable regulations thereafter.

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights:

Right to Be Informed: To be notified whether your personal data is being processed, and to be informed of the details of such processing.
Right to Access: To obtain a copy of your personal data held by us.

Right to Erasure or Blocking: To demand the suspension, withdrawal, removal, or destruction of your personal data.
Right to Data Portability: To receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another organization.
Right to File a Complaint: To file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.
Right to Seek Damages: To claim damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
